Each one of us has worked for major corporations who attracted us for various reasons: an industry titan, a household name, opportunity to experiment, an innovative and fun work environment. Lauren spent decades as an Executive Producer producing the highest-rated TV shows that audiences love, Anthony cut his creative chops at NY Ad Agencies and went on to found a successful talent consultancy and Julie spent 16 years at Google where she developed award winning sales and manager training programs for 25K sellers and sales managers. All of these experiences have catapulted our appreciation for the fact that culture is critical to the success of any organization. We know what kind of environments help empower employees and make them thrive.
